Is a small city, had a population of 12508 in 2011. It was named after Prince Rupert of the Rhine. Is founded by Charles Melville Hays the General manager of Grand Trunk Pacific Railway. Is the land, air, and water transport hub of BC's North Coast. Is in the Western Cordillera landforms region.
